How Delivery and Pickup Actually Work

We deliver during our Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm hours, place the container where you’ve told us works for your property, and leave you a number to call when you’re ready for pickup rather than boxing you into a fixed date that might not match how the job actually goes. When you call for pickup, we schedule the swap and haul it off, typically within our next available run.

What Can and Can’t Go In

General household and construction debris, furniture, flooring, and yard waste are all fine in a standard roll-off. Electronics fall under Illinois’ e-waste law and need a certified recycler instead. Paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, and anything asbestos-related stay out entirely, and heavy material like concrete or brick usually belongs in a dedicated heavy-debris box rather than a standard container, since weight limits hit fast with dense material.

We don’t force every rental into the same fixed window. Tell us roughly how long you expect the project to run when you book, and if it goes longer than planned, a quick call extends the rental rather than triggering an automatic late fee the moment a default period passes.
